Grateful, there are still family owned businesses in the Bay Area that are welcoming like Oak Grove Pharmacy. My prescription transfer went smoothly and haven't gone back to CVS since. Nasar has always been accommodating and fully transparent with regards to my specific needs. Sometimes it's good to know there are still neighborhood pharmacies that make you feel less like a number, and that more personable on a case by case basis. Same quick turn around as any major pharmacy without feeling they're just trying to fulfill a quota.

Oak Grove Pharmacy is simply amazing! Akram (the pharmacist) is always ready to assist and provide fantastic advice. Their prices are incredibly affordable and I haven't had a question that the pharmacist couldn't answer. Their service is quick, efficient, & hassle-free. They even offer delivery services! I highly recommend them!

Oak Grove Pharmacy is across the street from where I live! They have EVERYTHING I need, their prices are wonderful and they are So NICE! They also deliver, so organizing with an in-store event and following up with phone calls is very reasonable.

I don't usually leave reviews, but Oak Grove Pharmacy truly deserves one. After a frustrating experience with another pharmacy trying to get my medication, Akram went above and beyond to help. He was incredibly professional, kind, and patient throughout the process. I can't thank him enough. Thanks to Akram, I actually look forward to picking up my prescriptions now.

Best pharmacy in the east bay hands down! The bigger companies don’t have the staff or time to personalize service, you can’t blame the pharmacist. However, oak grove is THE ONLY place I will fill my RX forever! I hope they never decide to close their doors or get pushed out by big pharma or rent! Top notch service and an eagerness to please. I adore them !

such a cute little pharmacy in a cute location. the owner has been so helpful every time i’ve called too - honestly don’t know why it took me so long to switch from walgreens but im happy to finally be supporting a mom & pop pharmacy now!

This pharmacy is the best! Akram was so kind and helpful when I was trying to fill a prescription where I've had poor reactions with certain manufacturers. In 15 years of going to pharmacies I actually never realized pharmacists could be pleasant! And Oak Grove truly is.

This is a very good pharmacy. They treat people well. Especially senior citizens. Father and son owns the business and they do a very good job. They are 1000 times better than CVS and walgreen. Please support this neighborhood pharmacy. We use them for past 20 years

Akram is a great pharmacist. He fills prescriptions quickly (within an hour) and responds thoroughly and knowledgeably to all my questions. My experience at Oak Grove Pharmacy is above and beyond what I experienced at CVS. That said, I would avoid Oak Grove Pharmacy on Fridays, when Akram is not there. The sub pharmacist on Friday is difficult to communicate with. She is short on the phone, does not listen to what I need filled and what I don’t need. On the past two occasions I have picked up from her, she has helped people who arrive after me in addition to helping people on the phone rather than put them on hold. Today I had a new prescription to pick up in addition to one or two others. On the phone she was uncertain that they had it, which is fine, but Akram always tells me immediately on the phone. When I arrived to pick up these meds, she acted like the new script was not even in their system. It wasn’t until I called my doctor’s office right in front of her that she said she had the script and not the med. Very disappointing.
